Our Workouts feature now has a new addition: Whiteboards. Whiteboards allow you to have your scheduled workouts automatically displayed on large screens on the days they're scheduled for.

For example if you've scheduled a workout for August 14th, and created a Whiteboard that displays it, the morning of August 14th will auto-display your workout in the dark mode format you see on the right.

So, the night before the scheduled workout, there's no longer a need to physically write out the workouts on a physical whiteboard. To learn more about how Workouts work, see our Workouts FAQ's page.

You can even create multiple Whiteboards that cater to specific workout Tracks. If you've already created your workouts, and scheduled them, all thats left to do is create a white board to display these workouts to your customers.

Create your Whiteboard

Click Workouts > Whiteboards > New Whiteboard

Choose what to name it > (you can have multiple whiteboards) > then choose whether this whiteboard displays only certain workout tracks. (Note that if you leave this blank, the whiteboard will just display whichever workout is scheduled for today, regardless of which track its associated with).

Workouts are made of components and sometimes also have descriptions, so if you'd also like these items displayed on the Whiteboard, toggle those settings on.

Remember that you don't have to include all the details of these on the Whiteboard, as your customers will have access to the full workouts descriptions and components on their phone's mobile app.

Set up your display

Connect a device to a monitor to display your whiteboard to your customers.

Login to Momence on this device, click Workouts > Whiteboards > select the white board and click its link to leave this screen on the Whiteboard page. Now, anytime a workout fits with this whiteboard's track settings, it will display here on the day its scheduled.

What does a Whiteboard display when there's no workout scheduled?

It will show the time of day, the name of the track (if it has one selected), and a notice that there isn't a workout currently under way.

Where can I activate Workouts?

In the left hand nav, click Apps and Integrations > App Store.
