To get started, click Workouts > Programming > Schedule Workout
Select the workout, its track, the start date and toggle on 'Schedule Recurring'.
Then choose:
how many days between each workout,
when to end the series (how many to schedule or on a specific date)
Preview the workout at the bottom of the pop up before clicking Schedule.
You'll now see the workouts listed on your Workout Schedule.
Customers will be able to view your workouts from their mobile app on the day they're scheduled.
