Create a recurring class

To create a recurring class, click Classes > Schedule > New Class

Then click Recurring Class > select a template (or create a new one with the '+' sign).

To create a template, and a recurring series from that template,

click Classes > Schedule > New Class > Recurring Series > New template (+ button).

Name the template & the a default class name it will use

Choose if the classes created from this template will be in person or online > set the default price of these individual classes > click Create.

Click New Recurring Class

Set the duration

Choose a teacher & location

Choose a start date/time, how often it will occur and how far out it should be scheduled (Number of classes to display in advance).

Note that if you put a 3 for 'classes to display in advance' and a 7 for 'days between each class' this means that the next 3 classes will be scheduled immediately, and will schedule once a week.

This "horizon" of 3 classes will then remain at 3 weeks going forward, meaning that every week, after this weeks class finishes, another class will be scheduled 3 weeks from now to keep the horizon at 3 weeks out.

Will classes keep scheduling themselves? How do I visualize this?

For example, below on the left is how On the right, one week later, after your first

your schedule will look right after you class has completed. A new class will auto-

schedule it. schedule. This will repeat every week.

This will continue indefinitely unless you add a 'End class series on' date above, or cancel the series.

Need to schedule this class more than one day per week? Use Intervals

At the bottom, of the page you'll find Intervals. Use these to add another day of the week if this class repeats more than once a week.
