Change the teacher or location for a class

Start by clicking Classes > Schedule > locate the class > click the dropdown menu and click Edit.

The first thing you'll see is a message that gives you the option to edit the Template this class series was created from or the whole series at once.

  • Editing the template will allow you to make the change across all classes created from that template.

  • Editing the series will allow you to make the change across just that class series.

  • Editing the individual class will just make the change to that single class.

If this last option is your goal, scroll down to the teacher and location settings. Otherwise, click the links shown in the beige message. Save changes when done.

Add a second teacher to a class

Click Classes > Schedule > locate the class and click the drop down to the right > choose to either edit the individual class or class series.

Scroll halfway down to Studio settings > just below the current teacher assigned you'll see an option to add a second teacher.

Update a teacher's default pay rate

Once a teacher's default pay rate is set, it will auto-populate when you are scheduling them to a class or appointment.

You'll still have the opportunity to change this in exception cases but having a default pay rate set will save you that extra step of having to choose the pay rate every time they're being scheduled.

To add/update a pay rate, click Studio Setup > Teachers > click the dropdown menu to the right of the teacher > click Edit Payrate.
