My customers can't book an appointment service. Why is this happening?

We'll check four possible areas that might be preventing customers from booking this service. Skip to:

Does the service have some special settings enabled?

To check, click Appointments > Services > edit the service > scroll to 'Who can book?'

Make sure this section looks correct.

Ie. does this service need to disable booking with memberships? Or only allow booking from those with memberships? Should someone only be able to book if they have a special tag? If its none of these apply, toggle them off.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, scroll up above the pricing section. It may have to do with this a setting you've enabled in this section.

Have you assigned Staff to the service?

Click Appointments > Services > make sure there are staff assigned

Have you set the Service's availability?

From Appointments > Boards > select the board the service is assigned to > click Services > locate the service > click the dropdown menu to the right > click Availability Times.

Have you set the assigned Venues availability?

From Appointments > Boards > select the board the service is assigned to > click Venues > click the dropdown menu to the right of each venue > click Availability Times.

Have you set the assigned Staff's availability?

From Appointments > Boards > select the board the service is assigned to > click Staff > click the dropdown menu to the right of each Staff > click Availability Times.
