When is a customer considered a no-show?

24 hours from the end of class. If a customer has not been checked in by then, they'll be considered a no-show.

Can I update this 24 hour figure?

Not at this time.

Where can I update my late cancellation / no show policy and rules / penalties?

Click Settings > Cancellation Policy
