On the mobile app, if the subscription you have contains a guest pass, you'll see an option to 'Add someone else' and use the guest pass at checkout. (The subscription must be selected to see if there's a guest pass).
If the subscription doesn't currently contain a guest pass, you can still book friends & family. Choose any payment method other than Membership to see an option to book another spot.
What about on Desktop?
On desktop, it works similarly. Select your membership to see if there's a guest pass to use. If there isn't, click 'book without membership.'
Choose the number of spots.
Note that adding 3 spots will book your account plus two more spots for your friends/family.
What's the full customer experience with guess passes?
Guest passes can be used from:
the customer facing mobile app
a customer facing web page
a POS transaction where a staff member is ringing up the customer
a class details page, where a staff member is driving the transaction
In the customer app, members will see an option to Add Someone Else, then entering their friend’s name and email. If the member has more than one guest pass available, they will be able to book multiple guests.
From a customer facing webpage, they'll find a toggle to bring a guest, then enter their information.
