You can define when your teachers are available to be scheduled for classes. Teachers also set set their own availability from Classes > Class Availability.
To set a teacher's availability for them, click Studio Setup > Teachers > click on a teacher > under Class Availability click Switch to Custom Availability > Add Availability > select dates, set a weekly limit of classes if needed, and which recurring classes these settings apply to.
What else should I know?
The filters button allows for availability by location
With dates, leaving the "To" field blank makes it indefinite
Existing availability can be edited later on or deleted
How do I remove this permission from the teacher role?
Click Settings > Roles > select Teacher role > scroll to Classes > uncheck Teacher class availabilities: View and manage.
