Corporate Dashboard Customer List

The newest addition to the growing list of corporate features is a list of all customers with filters by host. This new release prefaces one off messages which will be released in the coming months.

The blue Customer Segmentation button allows you to narrow the list down to customers that belong to one or more of your specific franchisees.

By default you'll find 'And' preselected.

This means that if you've selected multiple hosts, customers will appear on this filtered list only if they belong to all selected businesses.


To target customers that belong to either (or any) business on the list, use the 'Or' option.

Segments can be saved and easily referenced later on at the top of your customer list.

Segments can be saved in two forms: Dynamic or Static.

Static is a snapshot of that customer list today. It remains unchanged. Dynamic will evolve and grow as new customers meet the criteria you chose for this segment. To save and name a segment, click that blue 'save segment' button in the top left.

In addition, when viewing a customer list, clicking a customer pulls up a pop up. Quick links are provided to their individual customer profile as well as to the dashboard of that business.
