New Improvements to the Customer Attendance Analysis Report

Written by Erin
Updated this week

The Customer Attendance Analysis Report is helpful in understanding which customers are visiting frequently and which ones aren't. We've recently added a few new bells and whistles to help you understand more about each group.

What's new?

New checkboxes to filter results

You'll find new checkboxes for including customer's activity logs & details, and excluding customers without visits.

What does each checkbox do?

Exclude customers without visits will remove any customers that do not have visits within the specified date range.

Include customers activity log will allow you to view each customer's activity by clicking anywhere on their row (anywhere that's not a link).

Include customers details will include a customer's age, assigned tags, zip code, and home location zip code.

New default columns

You'll now find columns for:

'Time in classes' (Total time spent in events that have a duration in minutes specified. This means retreats will not count toward this total, since retreats are not time based).

'Time in appointments' (A tally of time spent in appointments within the date parameters chosen.

'Total time' (Total time spent in both events and appointments.)

New Optional Columns

'Include customer details' produces 4 new columns: Age, Tags, Customer's ZIP code, and their Home Location's ZIP code.

What's included in the new sub-reports for customer activity?

If you've selected 'include customers activity log' and then click anywhere on a line for a customer,

you'll see the following: the activity type, the date, the activity name, the teacher assigned and the location.

Are these entries recorded by the date they were booked or the date they were booked for?

The date the class or appointment falls on is what determines if its listed here.
