Reporting and Performance
The Log Summary allows you to monitor your AI agent’s performance and track key metrics in one centralized location. To access it, navigate to Inbox → Select the AI Icon. Here, you’ll see a detailed record of the agent’s activities and key performance metrics.
Key metrics include:
Human Time Saved: Shows the estimated amount of time the AI agent has saved by completing tasks that would otherwise require manual work.
Total Actions Completed by the Agent: Tracks all actions the agent has performed, including bookings, cancellations, reschedules, and other support-related tasks. This metric gives a clear view of the agent’s productivity and engagement.
Total Sent Messages: Displays the total number of messages the agent has sent across all journeys and leads, helping you measure communication volume and outreach effectiveness.
The Log Summary Page also includes powerful filtering options to make it easier to analyze specific activity:
Filter by Customer Name: Quickly locate the log of a specific lead or customer to see exactly how the agent has interacted with them.
Filter by Agent Actions: View only specific types of actions the agent has completed, such as bookings, cancellations, reschedules, or other interactions. This helps you understand patterns in lead engagement and identify where automation is most effective.
