New Feature Drops: Tools for Workouts, Ad Conversions & Customer Activity

Workout of the Day (WOD) Progression Tracking

If you’ve been using our Workouts feature, we’ve just added some exciting new updates to components. You now have the ability to track a customer’s progression of a particular workout over time under their Personal Records section. This way, you can support your clients in reaching their goals and celebrate how far they’ve come!

To view a client’s progression chart, navigate to their customer profile > Workouts > Personal records > select component. You can view the progression over a long or short period of time, using the drop-down to select.

Note that customers have the ability to add in their own completions from the customer app, or you can add in workout completions on their behalf. To do it from the host side, find the workout you are tracking (Workouts > Programming > Select workout), then select Add workout completion. From there, you will select the customer and add in their completion details from the workout.

Location-Based Unlock Capability

If you didn’t know, we integrate with Kisi, which is a product that allows your customers to unlock the doors to your gym right from the Momence app. This is especially useful if you have a 24-hour gym that has unstaffed hours where clients can come and go at their leisure. Now, in conjunction with this feature, we are excited to launch location based unlock capability, meaning that you can set how close someone has to be to the physical location in order for that unlock to work. We are excited to add this additional layer of security so your mind can be at ease knowing that customers can only unlock when they’re actually on the premises (avoiding the ability for them to unlock for other people).

To turn on the location parameters, go to: Apps & Integrations > Integrations > Kisi > toggle ON Enable geofencing protection > select location and maximum distance.

Conversion Add Tracking Using UTMs

Have you been using our Leads, but wish you had a better way to track and analyze your conversion ads? We’ve got a solution for you.

Introducing: hidden lead form fields. With this new ability to create hidden fields, you now have the ability to add in UTM codes into a form, enabling you to properly track and understand where your leads are coming from and measure the success of your marketing campaigns. You can also use UTM codes to do A/B testing on certain paid ads and then track which produces higher results.

Customer Visit Count Display

Have you ever wished that you could see the number of visits each customer has had on your class rosters? Now you can! Head to Settings > General set-up > toggle ON Display visit count in class bookings list. With this new setting, you and your staff will be able to easily see how many classes each client has been to, supporting you in understand customer behavior, which can help with recommending different memberships, classes, programs, etc. and allow you to celebrate different milestones when your teaching!
