A Privacy Policy explains the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a client's data.

You can now specify a Privacy Policy for your customers from Settings > Waivers & Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy behaves similarly to waivers. When a new version get published, the existing signatures will be marked as outdated. Customers receive an e-mail, requesting them to review the new document and renew their signature.

How Customers accept a Privacy Policy

If you've added text to the Privacy Policy field, a new checkbox will be shown to customers in checkout pages. Customers will be able to read the policy and accept it by clicking on the checkbox.

If a customer has agreed to your privacy policy, it will show just below their name.
