Customers booking appointments on web will now see a checkbox to agree to your privacy policy. This will only show if you've added text to the privacy policy field in settings.
This is the mobile app experience.
To create a privacy policy click Settings > Customers > Agreements, Waivers & Privacy Policy.
Then choose Privacy Policy.
When adding one you'll see an option to email it to all existing customers if needed but this is not a requirement.
