What are late cancellation / no show rules?

Late cancellation / no show rules, found in your Late Cancelation Policy (Settings > Cancellation Policy), are used to auto-charge customers that don't show up or late cancel out of a class or appointment.

You can set your 'Cancellation credit cut-off' first, then create your rule below.

What's new?

When creating a rule, you'll now see an option to charge a percentage of the appointment service price, or class price. You can also add a flat fee plus a percentage of the class or appointment price.

This change helps keep your revenue consistent.

Ie. a cancellation of a expensive service or class can be a big setback -- unless you build in a cancellation rule that factors in a percentage of the service or class price.
