What does the integration with Wellhub do?
It connects your Momence schedule to Wellhub so customers can discover and book your classes directly through the Wellhub app. Bookings, capacity, and check-ins sync automatically between systems.
How do I get started?
Create a Wellhub account.
Contact Wellhub to obtain your Gym ID(s) and confirm you’re integrating with Momence.
In Momence, go to Apps & Integrations → Integrations → Wellhub.
Paste your Wellhub ID and select the appropriate In-Person and Virtual Class Product IDs.
What is a Gym ID and why do I need it?
A Gym ID is provided by Wellhub and identifies your business in their system. It is required to connect your Momence account and sync your classes.
How do I control which classes appear on Wellhub?
Classes will only appear if they are scheduled at the location (venue) linked to your Wellhub Gym ID. Only classes tied to that specific location will sync.
At this time there is no way to exclude classes from Wellhub that are linked to a location synced with a Gym ID.
What if I want all my locations to show on Wellhub?
You will need to set up multiple Wellhub “gyms” in Momence:
Use the same Gym ID, In-Person ID, and Virtual ID
Assign each one to a different Momence location
This ensures all locations’ classes are included.
How do I create a class that syncs to Wellhub?
When creating a class in Momence:
Ensure the class location is already linked to a Wellhub Gym ID
Save the class (recurring or one-time)
Once created, it will automatically sync to Wellhub.
Do bookings sync between platforms?
Yes. When a customer books via Wellhub:
The booking appears instantly in Momence
A new customer profile is created in your CRM if they don’t already exist
Are class capacities updated automatically?
Yes. Capacity is synced in real time between Momence and Wellhub to prevent overbooking.
How do check-ins work?
If a customer checks in through Wellhub, they will automatically be marked as checked in in Momence as well.
Do I need to manually update anything after setup?
No ongoing manual updates are required. Once configured correctly, classes, bookings, and check-ins sync automatically.
